Suspension glass insulators of Standard profile
Suspension glass insulators type are used for isolating and fixing the wires to the overhead power lines, power distribution facilities and substations of AC voltage over 1000 V and a frequency up to 100 Hz. Operated at an ambient temperature of -60 to +50oC.
Standard profile is characterized by low height of ribs and huge space between them. The leakage distance is higher than the values indicated in the national standard (GOST) and in the IEC 60305. Moreover, one more advantage of this profile is self-cleaning by rain or wind. These specifications allow using this type of profile for very light and medium polluted areas
