Suspension glass insulators of Open profile
Suspension glass insulators type are used for isolating and fixing the wires to the overhead power lines, power distribution facilities and substations of AC voltage over 1000 V and a frequency up to 100 Hz. Operated at an ambient temperature of -60 to +50oC.
Insulator has the special aerodynamic profile isolating assembly parts. Its distinguish specifications are increased diameter of glass cap and no under ribs. This profile is effective in desert areas.
It is possible to use glass part of bigger diameter as an “umbrella” and to protect a string from atmospherical condensation and pollution.
